Carpentry accounts for 35% to 45% of total residential renovation expenditure in Singapore. Because we operate our own woodworking facility at 38 Woodlands Industrial Park E1, you pay direct factory rates without the 15% to 30% commission tacked on by interior design firms.

Materials & Standards: We build using E1 low-VOC moisture-resistant tropical plywood certified against Singapore's high relative humidity (averaging 84%). Carcasses are finished with high-pressure laminates from Jennings, Lamitak, Egger, and EDL.
Hardware Integration: 100% German Blum Clip-top soft-close hinges, AVENTOS bi-fold lift systems, and heavy-duty Häfele concealed drawer runners.

Commercial fit-outs demand speed to avoid business downtime. We fabricate modular workstations, heavy-duty educational shelving, cashier reception counters, and acoustic meeting room panelling off-site, reducing on-site installation time by up to 50%.

Compliance: Strict adherence to Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD) fire-rated door and partition standards.

Directed by Lead Mason Ken, our wet works team executes precision tile laying, structural screeding, and waterproofing for kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.

HDB 3-Year Waterproofing Warranty: We apply multi-layer liquid membrane waterproofing across all wet zone floors and kerbs, rigorously adhering to HDB's statutory 3-year waterproof warranty requirements.

Materials: Porcelain, homogenous tiles, mosaic, natural Italian marble, and granite. Leveling with high-strength cement screed to ensure zero hollow tiles.

4. Electrical Rewiring & Smart Infrastructure

Managed exclusively by Energy Market Authority (EMA) Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) to guarantee safety and compliance with Singapore SS CP5 electrical standards.

Full Flat Rewiring: Complete cable replacement and Distribution Board (DB box) upgrades (standard HDB flat rewiring ranges from SGD $4,000 to $8,000).

High-Load Infrastructure: Dedicated 15A/20A lines for induction cookers, ovens, and air-conditioning compressors; 3-phase upgrades for landed properties.

Lighting & Smart Home: Cove lighting loops, track lighting, dimmable smart switches, and structured Cat6/Cat6a data cabling.

6. Professional Painting Works

Headed by Lead Painter Gadi. Full wall preparation, skim coating, and crack patching using premium low-VOC anti-mold formulations (Nippon Paint Odour-less and Dulux Ambiance). Standard 4-room HDB repainting ranges from SGD $2,500 to $5,000, completed in 3 to 5 working days.
